My initial career path brought me into senior positions within municipal governments where I learned how to navigate the people and places of the corporate world. In 2021, after several significant life changes, I enrolled in the Gestalt Institute of Toronto program to become a relational therapist. This year I'm beginning to offer therapy as a therapist-in-training under supervision.

Additionally, I’m committed to learning in public — and to making space for voices that deepen understanding and access in our community. You’ll find reflections on healing, suggestions for books and media that have been meaningful to me, and (in time) conversations with practitioners who are working in this field in thoughtful and human ways.

This site is a starting place, not a destination — a way for me to stay in conversation with the process of becoming a therapist while also connecting with others curious about growth, emotion, and support. I invite you to explore, listen, and reach out if something here resonates. Thanks for visiting.

This site is an evolving space where I will continue to gather and share ideas, conversations, and resources that support emotional and personal challenges. As I continue my training in Gestalt therapy, I’m drawn to the many ways we can reconnect with ourselves through awareness, dialogue, relationship, and presence. My hope is that what I share here may offer you something useful or resonant on your own path.
