About

I’m a therapist-in-training who brings a steady, relational presence and a practical, real-world understanding of stress, change, and resilience. My background has shaped how I show up: I’m collaborative, attuned to relationship dynamics, and skilled at helping to clarify what matters while taking meaningful steps forward as new awareness emerges.

My interest is in supporting transitions: young-adult uncertainty, mid-life pressures, senior years and retirement planning, shifting roles in relationships and family, burnout and low energy, grief and loss, and questions of purpose and identity. My approach is somatic, body-informed relational Gestalt, helping you notice what you are experiencing, how your emotions show up physically, and how to build steadier ground from the inside out.

Life experience informs my approach, making room to slow down, strengthening awareness, and being open to change, especially when old patterns or strong feelings take over. I welcome conversations about desire, intimacy, boundaries, and shame, at a pace that feels safe and respectful, as we co-create a space focused on supporting you.
